Comments: Hot Wire is an original character from the GI Joe TCG. Another great addition to the Cobra looney bin, I see Hot Wire striving for perfection through his children, the legions of BATs. He's always in the mechanic's bay, upgrading and repairing his children. Sometimes he wears disgarded pieces of BAT uniforms and parts so his children will trust him more.
