A former captain in the British Army, Frost is the Daughter of an English general and sister to two SAS members. Raised in a military household, her father was proud to see that she was just as strong as her brothers, and possessed a keen tactical mind. Her skill earned her a commission in the army, but much to her distaste, she discovered she was forbidden from combat, due to her Commanders worries of what her father would do if she became a combat casualty. Her brother secured her a spot in an SAS team, but she was rejected when it was discovered that "Mo" Donovan was a woman.

Tired of her spineless commanders, she resigned her commission and became a freelance mercenary. Gaining notoriety, she attracted the attention of Destro and MARS. Proving her worth in several tours as an Iron Grenadier “grunt”, her alias
came from the name a Nullifier dubbed her, “the Frost Queen”. She is precise, cold, and exactly what Destro desires in his officers. Destro promoted her to his senior staff, where she acted as bodyguard and personal assassin, eliminating competitors and other loose ends.

With Cobra firmly in his grasp, Destro created an elite unit comprised of his best soldiers combined with the best and most loyal Cobra had to offer. Frost took the post of Executive Officer of this team, dubbed The Serpents. She follows the team
commander, Lazarus, with unfaltering loyalty and has taken the young hacker Lynx under her wing.
