Comments: The Electric EEL is an experimental step in UDT. The suit is capable of channeling and storing electricity naturally found in salt water, and then discharging said energy to stun enemy combatants in the water, sabotage equipment and vehicles, and interfer with sonar.

The EEL wearing the suit has been subjected to treatments
and training to allow them to utilize the suit unharmed. However, prolonged use of the suit can result in heart damage/failure and malformations of the subject's skelatal structure. Any damage to the suit will be fatal to the user should they unleash an electrical charge.
