Subject is the recombination of the genetic material of some of the greatest military minds in an attempt to rectify the problems discovered during the Serpentor experiments. All attempt to recreate Serpentor have failed, with the most recent Serpentor slain by Cobrra Commander. By restarting with fresh materials, I hope to overcome the previuos failures and create the perfect super-soldier.

Adendum: Subject is complete, but complications have arisen. Unknown factors have caused a dark reddening of the skin and enlargement of the left arm. All attempt to alter the malformations have failed. However, the subject has adapted well and the strength of the left arm is three time that which it should be.
